| At least one author from each accepted paper must register. Please also note that any one intending to attend the symposium must register. Attendees are urged to register early to avoid the higher on-site fee. For early registration, this form must be received with payment (in HK dollars / US dollars / RMB¥ only) NO later than 20 March 2001. Faxed registration will be accepted only if the payment is received on or before 20 March 2001. Each registrant will receive 1 hard-copy of the proceedings and be admitted to all technical sessions including the keynote speeches and banquet. (Note: Banquet is not included in student registration). |
